Providence completed the acquisition of a 51% stake in VOO from Nethys

Providence, a global private equity investment firm focused on media, communications, education, and information investments, completed the acquisition of a 51% stake in VOO, a Belgian cable operator, from Nethys, which provides communication services. The enterprise value of the deal is €1.2bn.
