CITIC Capital to take China Biologic private for $4.6bn.

CITIC Capital offered to take China Biologic, a fully integrated plasma-based biopharmaceutical company in China, private for $4.6bn. "We believe that the Acquisition will provide superior value to the Company's shareholders. We expect that the Company's Board of Directors will establish a special committee comprised of independent and disinterested directors of the Company," CITIC Capital.
