Goldbeck Services acquires Verkehrswacht Parkplatz.

Goldbeck Services, which is based in Bielefeld and specializes in real estate services in the areas of the property and facility management as well as parking services, acquires Verkehrswacht Parkplatz parking facilities management firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition of VWP added 44 parking properties with more than 30,000 parking spaces in 17 German cities. From a technological point of view, all the car parks managed by the two companies will be able to access their own 24/7 control centre, so that car park customers can contact one of the most modern control centres personally at any time.
