Var Group, a provider of ICT services and solutions for businesses and part of the SeSa Spa group, completed the acquisition of a 10% stake in Athesys, a technology consultancy company. Financial terms were not disclosed. With Athesys, Var Group integrates its offer with a crucial and complex element, that of IAM skills, which today represent a fundamental resource for the protection of the digital information heritage and for the survival of the business itself.
