Apollo acquired a controlling stake in AGROB Immobilien, a German real estate business, from HVB, a wholly-owned subsidiary of UniCredit Bank, at a €98m ($108m) valuation. “We are excited for the Apollo Funds to acquire a majority stake in AGROB.
