Sofia, a Belgian holding company, completed the acquisition of a 45.13% stake in Nuxe, a French natural cosmetics group. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The acquisition of a stake is consistent with our strategy of investing in thriving companies, choosing partners that are ambitious and also share our values,” Edward Koopman, Sofina Member of the Executive Committee.
