Saint-Gobain Deutsche Glas sells Glas Funke, manufacturer of curved and flat tempered safety glass, to a private investor. Financial terms were not disclosed. This transaction marks an important milestone in the execution of Saint-Gobain’s portfolio optimization strategy. “The investor’s concept convinced us in terms of strategy and sustainability across the board.
