Capital A, an investment firm has agreed to acquire Smart IM, a market leader in the field of SEO and SEA. Financial terms were not disclosed. The focus is on achieving organic growth and expanding services through acquisitions. The new shareholders have set up the Avalanche Digital Group for this.
