Capital A to acquire Smart IM.

Capital A, an investment firm has agreed to acquire Smart IM, a market leader in the field of SEO and SEA. Financial terms were not disclosed. The focus is on achieving organic growth and expanding services through acquisitions. The new shareholders have set up the Avalanche Digital Group for this. Smart IM's ambition is to grow into a leading digital marketing agency in the Netherlands in a few years. “Smart IM is active in a growing market and has developed a unique technology that ensures enormous scalability.
