Aptiv, a global technology company, completed the acquisition of gabo Systemtechnik from Bregal Unternehmerkapital, a German private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "gabocom is a strong strategic fit for Aptiv and highly complementary to our HellermannTyton business. This transaction broadens our capabilities in the telecommunications market and expands our platform for growth in key industrial markets," Kevin Clark, Aptiv President and CEO.
