KPS Capital Partners-backed DexKo Global, a global leader in highly engineered trailer running gear, chassis assemblies and related components, agreed to acquire Aguti Produktentwicklung & Design, a leading provider of seat systems and seat-connections for motorhomes, electric vehicles and specialty vehicles.
