EMCOR Group completed its acquisition of Batchelor & Kimball.

EMCOR Group, a Fortune 500 leader in mechanical and electrical construction services, completed its acquisition of Batchelor & Kimball, a leading full-service provider of mechanical construction and maintenance services.
