Kingspan Group terminated its acquisition of Building Solutions from SIG.

Kingspan Group, a provider of building envelope solutions, terminated its £37.5m acquisition of Building Solutions, a manufacturer and distributor of building envelope solutions, from SIG, a supplier of special building materials to trade customers. SIG is currently reviewing a number of options regarding the Building Solutions business and will provide further updates when appropriate.
