Anath Capital Group to acquire Stratton Street.

Anath Capital Group, an investment company in London, agreed to acquire Stratton Street, the London based fixed income specialist. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are very excited by the opportunities presented by this move. Anath invests using not only capital but also the collective management experience of their organisation. Not only will we will benefit from access to their distribution, operational, legal and compliance capabilities, but the wider organisation will benefit from economies of scale.” Stratton Street’s CIO and Partner, Andy Seaman.
