Frazier Healthcare Partners to acquire MedData from Mednax for $300m.

Mednax, which provides physician management services to hospital-based neonatal, maternal-fetal, pediatric cardiology, and pediatric intensive care specialties, agreed to sell Ohio-based medical billing service MedData to private equity firm Frazier Healthcare Partners for $300m. MedData provides a digital platform for hospitals and other health care providers to manage services.
