Hoist Group to acquire HotelEngine.

Hoist Group, a hospitality partner for hotels and public operations, agreed to acquire HotelEngine, an online platform that integrates with hotel websites. Financial terms were not disclosed. “HotelEngine completes our PMS product suite by adding a full and reputed booking engine functionality.
