CIVC Partners-backed Computer Aided Technology to acquire Fisher Unitech from The Riverside Company.

CIVC Partners-backed Computer Aided Technology, an engineering consultant in Buffalo Grove, Illinois, agreed to acquire Fisher Unitech, a provider of 3D design software tools and 3D printers, from The Riverside Company.
