Bentham IMF completed the merger with Omni Bridgeway for €55m.

Bentham IMF, a litigation funding company, completed the merger with Omni Bridgeway, a global provider of funding and specialised skills for high value litigation, arbitration and enforcement proceedings, in a €55m deal. “Like IMF Bentham, Omni Bridgeway has been at the forefront of the dispute finance industry in its regions and areas for decades. As one of Continental Europe’s leading litigation funders, it offered unique advantages compared to other acquisition candidates that IMF Bentham considered for its European expansion.
