Platinum Equity completed its acquisition of TruckPro from Harvest Partners.

Platinum Equity completed its acquisition of TruckPro, one of the US' largest independent distributors of heavy-duty truck and trailer parts, from Harvest Partners. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We have grown and built lasting relationships with our customers by offering quality products and services, expertise, available inventory and fast delivery.
