GPF Capital to acquire Gestair from Nazca.

GPF Capital, a private equity firm is set to acquire Gestair, a provider of commercial flights for passengers and cargo from Nazca Capital, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. Gestrair is a prominent figure in executive aviation in Spain and was the first Spanish company specialized in providing the full range of comprehensive operating and management services.
