Konexial, a company that provides comprehensive services for drivers, dispatchers, fleet managers, has agreed to acquire Axle Technologies, a technology company focused on bringing a new-age logistics platform to the trucking industry. Financial terms were not disclosed. "As we explored our options, it was critical that we found a company that would take care of our ELD customers.
