Apollo Global Management completed the acquisition of a 48.67% stake in the Gamenet group.

Private equity firm Apollo Global Management completed the acquisition of a 48.67% stake in Gamenet, an Italian gaming company for €182.5m ($203.2m). Apollo is set to buy through Gamma Bidco a 28.67% stake from TCP Lux Eurinvest and a 20% stake from Intralot Italian Investments.
