Microdata Telecom completes the acquisition of Kaelus from Infinite Electronics.

Microdata Telecom, a supplier of high-quality RF Conditioning Solutions, has completed the acquisition of Kaelus, a globally recognized company in test and measurement instruments, cell-site filters, combiners, and tower-mounted amplifiers from Infinite Electronics, a global supplier of electronic components. Financial terms were not disclosed.
