Seche Environnement, which offers waste management services, agreed to acquire a 70% stake in Ciclo, a Chilean industrial waste treatment company. Financial terms were not disclosed. This project provides for the creation of facilities to the highest international standards for the recovery, treatment, and storage of industrial waste, in particular, hazardous waste. Through these establishments, meeting the most demanding international standards, Séché Environnement will rely on its cutting-edge technical skills, its perfect control of environmental risks, its values ​​of excellence and its culture of societal involvement, to contribute to the development of an exemplary Chilean environmental industry, part of the circular economy and sustainable development, especially for the benefit of local communities.
