Seche Environnement to acquire a 70% stake in Ciclo.

Seche Environnement, which offers waste management services, agreed to acquire a 70% stake in Ciclo, a Chilean industrial waste treatment company. Financial terms were not disclosed. This project provides for the creation of facilities to the highest international standards for the recovery, treatment, and storage of industrial waste, in particular, hazardous waste.
