Fuji Xerox completed the acquisition of CSG for $125m.

Fuji Xerox, which manufactures and distributes office equipment, completed the acquisition of CSG, which offers computer and other technology services, for $125m. “CSG will hereon be able to provide those customers with innovative products and IT services owned by Fuji Xerox such as optimizing the entire business operation processes.
