Granite Creek and Red Arts to acquire Sunset Pacific Transportation.

Granite Creek Capital Partners, a private investment firm, and Red Arts Capital, an investment firm focused on supply chain and industry-related companies, agreed to acquire Sunset Pacific Transportation, a logistics provider.
