Atos completed the acquisition of X-Perion.

Atos, a European multinational information technology, completed the acquisition of X-Perion, a business management consultant in Trittau, Germany. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition of X-Perion will complement the portfolio of Energy4U, an Atos subsidiary focused on the energy market.
