Urbint to acquire Opvantek.

Urbint, a provider artificial intelligence for gas safety and risk reduction, agreed to acquire Opvantek, a provider of risk-based asset management solutions for gas, electric, and telecommunications utilities. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Urbint and Opvantek share a common goal – making communities safer and more resilient.
