Dela Coöperatie, a funeral insurance and crematoria cooperative, agreed to acquire Yarden, a funeral insurance group. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The Dela deal gives Yarden a capital injection and will dent Dela’s solvency," Edzo Doeve, Dela director.
