Raizen to acquire an 81% stake in Cosan Biomassa from Cosan.

Raizen, which cultivates, produces and distributes sugarcane ethanol products, agreed to acquire an 81% stake in Cosan Biomassa, biomass energy generation company, from Cosan, which invests and engages in agriculture business, fuel, and natural gas distribution, and lubricants companies. Financial terms were not disclosed.
