Bluestar Alliance, an owner of consumer brands, completed the acquisition of Hurley, a surf apparel and accessories producer, from Nike. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We have always admired the Hurley brand as it has maintained its leadership role and premium positioning in the surf world.
