JMC Capital Partners-backed Source Code completed the acquisition of Broadberry Data Systems.

JMC Capital Partners-backed Source Code, which designs and manufactures dedicated servers for independent software developers, advanced artificial intelligence and deep learning applications, completed its acquisition of Broadberry Data Systems, an independent IT hardware supplier and integrator.
