TA Associates-backed thinkproject, a software provider for construction intelligence completed the acquisition of Conclude, a provider of software-as-a-service for engineering and construction projects. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition broadens thinkproject’s customer base, as well as offering additional capabilities to owner-operators and general contractors within the group’s product portfolio. “We are delighted to become integrated within thinkproject.
