CI Capital completed the acquisition of WTS International.

CI Capital, a New York-based private equity firm, completed its acquisition of WTS International, a company in the spa and leisure industry. Financial terms were not disclosed. The management team of WTS will continue to lead the company and is retaining significant equity ownership in the company.
