AVX completed the acquisition of Chengdu OK New Energy.

AVX, a worldwide manufacturer, supplier, and reseller of a broad line of electronic components, completed the acquisition of Chengdu OK New Energy, an industrial products provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The COKNE team has been instrumental in the co-development of AVX’s low ESR cylindrical SuperCap series.
