Private equity firm Catacap completed the acquisition of DanaWeb and Optimeo, two digital marketing services providers. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The market for digital marketing services is growing, and we therefore see great potential in supporting the ambitions of Kenneth Stampe at DanaWeb and Silas Ystrøm and Kuno Ystrøm at Optimeo.
