ButcherJoseph to acquire Laffer Investments.

ButcherJoseph Financial Holdings, an affiliate of investment banking firm ButcherJoseph & Co, agreed to acquire Laffer Investments, a boutique investment banking firm specializing in ESOPs, mergers and acquisitions, private capital sourcing and valuation advisory services for middle-market companies.
