Transdev completed the acquisition of Voyago.

Transdev, a French-based international private public transport operator, completed the acquisition of Voyago, a passenger mobility service provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. This acquisition is part of Transdev group's strategy to refocus on the Business to Government market.
