Obton completed the acquisition of Real Energy from Palladio Finanziaria for €78m.

Obton, a Danish investment company, completed the acquisition of Real Energy, a real estate fund dedicated to photovoltaics, from Palladio Finanziaria, an Italian investment firm, for €78m ($93m). Real Energy's 23.7MWp portfolio of operating solar assets consists of fourteen plants located across Italy. “We are delighted to have completed such a milestone transaction in Italy which brings our total capacity installed in the country at around 107MWp. We are looking to expand our operations in Italy,” Andreas Duckert, Obton CFO.
