Ottobock completed its acquisition of VIGO International.

Ottobock, an international med-tech company, completed its acquisition of VIGO International, a provider of orthotics and prosthetics. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Both Vigo and Ottobock are family businesses and share the goal of improving the quality of life for patients through individually fitted orthoses, prosthetics, and wheelchairs," Hans-Georg Näder, Ottobock President and Chairman of the Board.
