Tikehau Capital completed the acquisition of a 23.4% stake in Assiteca, a provider of insurance brokerage services to over SMEs and intermediates c. €700m in insurance premiums, for €25m. The aim is to increase Assiteca’s market share in Spain and potentially support its entrance into the French market. “We are delighted to invest in Assiteca to accelerate its growth in Italy and internationally.
