Arthur J. Gallagher & Co to acquire BonusDrive.

Arthur J. Gallagher & Co, a US-based global insurance brokerage and risk management services firm, agreed to acquire BonusDrive, which offers a national automobile voluntary benefit program to channel partners such as employers, associations and insurance companies.
