Parity Technology Solutions, a hospitality technology company with operations in the US and Canada, agreed to acquired Hotspot International, a hotel “turnkey” solutions provider with services. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition of Hotspot International enhances Parity’s product and service line to now include a comprehensive integrated solution that leverages the rXg platform developed by RGNets. The implementation of micro-segmentation through auto-generated Dynamic VLANs and PANs provides a more efficient and secure network, as well as a better guest experience. “The industry is evolving away from segmented technology where multiple vendors deliver separate solutions.
