Parity Technology Solutions to acquire Hotspot International.

Parity Technology Solutions, a hospitality technology company with operations in the US and Canada, agreed to acquired Hotspot International, a hotel “turnkey” solutions provider with services. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition of Hotspot International enhances Parity’s product and service line to now include a comprehensive integrated solution that leverages the rXg platform developed by RGNets. The implementation of micro-segmentation through auto-generated Dynamic VLANs and PANs provides a more efficient and secure network, as well as a better guest experience. “The industry is evolving away from segmented technology where multiple vendors deliver separate solutions. This siloed approach no longer works. It’s costly and inefficient. The merger between Parity’s and Hotspot International drives our direction as a single-solution, single-point-of-contact provider.
