Infoblox to acquire SnapRoute.

Infoblox, a privately held IT automation and security company based in California's Silicon Valley, agreed to acquire SnapRoute, a software company in Santa Clara, California. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We recognize that the future is in the cloud, and to meet customer demands for flexibility, scalability, adaptability, enhanced security and speed, it will become increasingly important for network and security services to be cloud-native.
