Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona to acquire Steward Health Choice Arizona from Steward Health Care System.

Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona, which offers health and dental insurance plans for individuals and families in Arizona, agreed to acquire Steward Health Choice Arizona from Steward Health Care System, the largest private, tax-paying physician-led health care network in the United States. Financial terms were not disclosed.
