Givaudan completed the acquisition of Ungerer.

Givaudan, a manufacturer and marketer of fragrances and flavors, completed the acquisition of Ungerer, independent specialty ingredient, flavour and fragrance company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The acquisition of Ungerer fits very well with our long-term strategy for our core business in flavors and fragrances.
