Access completed the acquisition of EDM Americas' RIM Business.

Access, the privately-held records, and information management company, completed the acquisition of the RIM Business of EDM Americas, the US information management company. Financial terms were not disclosed. The sale of assets includes 14 records storage facilities across the US.
