Ferguson to acquire S. W. Anderson.

Ferguson, which offers products for heating and ventilation, fabrication, facilities supply, and residential construction, agreed to acquire S. W. Anderson, an HVAC equipment and supplies distributor. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Ferguson is committed to growing our business in the New York metro area, which is one of the largest and most attractive markets in the USA.
