Ion Group to acquire MarketFactory.

Ion Group, a provider of financial software, and data business is set to acquire MarketFactory, a provider of software solutions for digital currencies. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Ion was the right partner to invest in the company’s growth. There have been many potential buyers over the years, but none appreciated the importance of managing a critical piece of the daily supply chain," Darren Jer, MarketFactory CEO.
